Cancellation policy

Geduss offers eligible products as a subscription option. By choosing a subscription at checkout, you agree to the recurring charges and terms below.

1. Subscription savings and frequency

Subscribers receive 15% off the eligible product price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the delivery frequency selected at checkout: every 30 days or every 60 days. The recurring item price, discount, shipping charges, taxes, and delivery frequency shown at checkout control your order.

2. Automatic renewal and payment

Your selected payment method will be charged automatically for each recurring order unless you skip, pause, or cancel before the applicable cutoff. We will send order and renewal communications to the email address used for your subscription.

3. Manage, skip, pause, or cancel

You can manage your subscription at https://geduss.store/pages/manage-subscriptions by logging in through your customer account. To help us apply a change before the next recurring order, submit it at least 3 business days before the next charge date. Changes requested later may take effect in the following cycle. If subscription controls are unavailable, email support@geduss.store with your order number and subscription email address.

4. Price or material changes

If we change the recurring product price, subscription discount, or another material subscription term, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel before the effective date.

5. Returns and refunds

Eligible first subscription orders and eligible recurring subscription orders are subject to the Geduss Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.
